Exhibitor Benefits 

The 2008 NEARMUG Conference will offer:

  • EXCLUSIVE Trade Show Hours to promote maximum attendance. No other conference activities occur while the Trade Show is open! 
  • A trade show floor plan optimizing traffic flow
  • Cocktail reception in the exhibit area
  • "On-The-Floor" Prize drawings during the trade show

You'll receive two full conference registrations per booth giving you access to ALL conference activities including workshops, meals and Networking events!  Exhibitors are welcome at all NEARMUG functions giving you the chance to interact with attendees and other vendors in order to maximize your opportunities at the conference!

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in our Trade Show Give-Away and offer a prize for attendees at Tuesday's reception.  Prize winners are drawn from business cards you receive.  Keep a basket, hat, or some kind of "fish bowl" at your booth to collect business cards.  Give away a gift at the reception and walk away with a pile of potential business relationships.

Exhibit Set-up Hours are:

  • Sunday, March 16th at 3:00 pm-9:00 pm
  • Monday, March 17th at 8am-3:00 pm

Trade Show Hours are:

  • Monday, March 17th 3:30 – 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday, March 18th 3:30 – 5:00 pm

Trade Show Reception Hours are:

  • "On-The-Floor" Reception: Monday, March 17th 5:00 – 6:00 pm
  • Exhibitor Prize Give-Away Reception: Tuesday, March 18th 5:00 – 6:00 pm.

The NEARMUG region includes communications professionals from New York, New Jersey and all of New England.  NEARMUG Members are end users currently using Nortel solutions.  Recently, our conference has attracted people from as far away as California.  Our regional conference attracts both large and small organizations who regard NEARMUG as a cost effective source of training, information and networking opportunities. Some professionals who cannot afford the time or expenses to attend Global Connect consistently utilize NEARMUG to find out what’s happening with Nortel technology.
