NEARMUG has Four basic levels of sponsorship each with its own benefits and advantages.
Platinum Sponsor - Our premier level of sponsorship. Costs vary depending on the type of sponsorship (i.e. Evening Dinner Event, A/V, etc). The most pretigious sponsorships are the Evening Event Sponsors. Other Platinum Sponsorships are available. Please inquire if you're interested in becoming one of our premier sponsors. We can work with you to customize a Platinum Sponsorship.

- 6 Full Conference Registrations
- Sponsorship level on booth signage and Platinum balloons at booth
- Two full color pages, company Bio, or Ad in participant handout information
- Conference logo and link to company home page from NEARMUG website
- Recognition as Platinum event sponsor at the conference
- Listing as Platinum Conference Sponsor along with Company logo in color in attendee handouts.
- Opportunity to address conference attendees at sponsored event (Evening Event sponsors only)
- Signage recognition at each workshop (AV sponsor only)
Gold Sponsor - Gold Sponsorships are available for $5,000. All Gold Sponsorships include:
- 3 Full Conference Registrations
- Sponsorship level on booth signage and gold balloons at booth
- One full color page or company Bio or Ad in participant handout information
- Conference logo and link to company home page from NEARMUG website
- Listing as Gold Conference Sponsor along with Company logo in color in attendee handouts.
- Recognition as Gold Event Sponsor at the conference
Silver Sponsor - Silver Sponsorships are available for $3,000. All Silver Sponsors receive:
- 2 Full Conference Registrations
- Sponsorship level on booth signage and silver balloons at booth

Bronze Sponsor - Bronze Sponsorships are only $1,000. Bronze sponsors receive:

Whether it is a workshop about Nortel’s latest offering or a session on maximizing a relationship with your telecom vendors, you receive Platinum level sponsorship recognition at each workshop!

Sunday Evening Reception Sponsor
Kick off the conference by sponsoring our Sunday Evening Social Networking Event. A cocktail reception running from 6:00-9:00 includes light fare and occurs immediately after our First Timer's Orientation. You'll have the opportunity to welcome our attendees to the conference and start NEARMUG 2008 in-style.

Be one of the sponsors of our Trade Show Receptions. You can select either Monday's "On-The-Floor" Reception or Tuesday's "Giveaway Reception" and sponsor our exciting Trade Show networking opportunities. You'll be recognized on the Trade Show Floor as the Reception Sponsor. Show your support of the Trade Show Receptions and become one of the Reception sponsors!

Internet Café Sponsorship
The Internet Café will have a bank of at least four computers. Attendees will be able to utilize the Café to access the Internet, send and check email, and connect with their organizations as well as do some quick research at the conference. The Internet Café tends to attract lots of traffic, and will be located in a central area that is easily accessible to all conference attendees.
